School Ticket Sales: Process & Timeline

Ticketing Procedures

1. The actual tickets will only be issued after payment has been received by WAGSMS.;

2. Please be aware that your ticket offer in Round 1 only lasts until the processing date, after which they will be re allocated to schools making a request.

3. The Festival costs us in excess of $120,000 to stage and we cannot leave tickets unsold for a school (on the chance that they may be wanted) when other schools are making requests. 

4. A strict timeline will be followed and if your tickets have not been purchased by the set date they will be sold to another school in a second ticket issue.

5. Tickets sales can commence immediately.

6. BE AWARE however if you leave purchasing tickets until the second round they will all be towards the rear of the theatre. Block 5 (rows Y & Z) will be among these.
